Since the introduction of the Productive Disclosures Act, 2014 otherwise known as the Whistle Blower Act, we have represented many employees within large private and public organisations who have wished to come forward where they have seen wrongdoing. These strong individuals have needed guidance as to what their best course of action is and whether there is any possibility of a back lash for their behaviour. Owing to the work that we have begun and undertaken many secrets of such larger organisations have come to the fore and the positions of many of our clients within those organisations have been vindicated. We continue to represent many employees in such a way and now having a working knowledge of this new law are in a position to give practical and proper advice to those contemplating making protected disclosures.
